Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by you on 777xs.
• "Balance" — refers to the PKR funds held in your 777xs account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" — refers to the 777xs website, its games, sports betting interface, live casino, payment systems and all associated features available at https://777xs.ws.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used on the 777xs platform.

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 777xs and to use any of the platform's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777xs takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds in that account will be forfeited without exception.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.

Account Registration

Creating an account on 777xs is free. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will maintain only one account on 777xs. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — regardless of the name, email address or payment method used — all accounts will be closed and any balance may be voided.

• You will not register an account on behalf of any other person, nor allow any other person to use your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

777xs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or payment method verification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other point 777xs considers necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 777xs account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing it with anyone.
• Not allowing any other person access to your account, even family members.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contacting 777xs support immediately — via email at support@777xs.ws — if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

777xs will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from 777xs requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your 777xs account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account immediately in most cases.

You must only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a different individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Your KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 777xs platform, across sports betting, live casino, card games and all other game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a Cash Out option has been made available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• 777xs reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed on obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled as a win.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, 777xs's decision following investigation is final.
• The minimum single bet across most markets is Rs 100. Minimum bets for individual games may vary and are displayed in the game interface.
• 777xs reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event or game type at its discretion, without prior notice.
• Bets placed by a suspended or restricted account will be voided.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets on 777xs, the following additional rules apply:

• If a sporting event is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, pre-match bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets will be settled based on the state of play at the time of postponement, where a result can be determined.
• Cricket match results on 777xs follow official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB etc.). No unofficial results or media reports are used.
• Obvious errors in team name, match description or odds are subject to correction and voidance without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

777xs offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and rebate programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods — will result in bonus voidance and potential account suspension.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's terms. Until that requirement is met, bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777xs platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one 777xs account.
• Providing false identity information, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment cards or mobile wallet credentials.
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in money laundering through the 777xs platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — including coordinating bets, sharing hole cards in Poker or any other form of information sharing — to gain an advantage at the expense of other players or 777xs.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets on the platform.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening 777xs staff, live dealers or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus harvesting strategies designed to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Responsible Gaming

777xs is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We provide a range of tools within your account settings to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 72 hours to come into effect.

• Service interruptions or downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance, internet connectivity failures or circumstances beyond 777xs's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension for breach.

777xs's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

Account Suspension & Closure

777xs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are held for a minimum of 36 months from the last activity date.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited at 777xs's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's request for non-breach reasons, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC completion.

Amendments to These Terms

777xs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to the address on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the 777xs platform.
