The minimum deposit at 777xs is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. There is no upper limit on deposits, though very large single deposits may trigger a manual review by our payments team for security reasons.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 777xs account within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are also near-instant. Bank IBFT transfers can take between a few minutes and two hours depending on your bank. 777xs does not charge any fees for deposits. The full amount you transfer is credited to your account balance in PKR. Note that your mobile wallet provider (e.g., Easypaisa or JazzCash) may charge a small transaction fee on their end — this is set by them and not by 777xs.

If a deposit attempt fails, first check your mobile wallet or bank to confirm whether the money actually left your account. If the money was deducted but your 777xs balance was not updated, save your transaction reference number and contact support@777xs.ws — our team will investigate and credit the amount manually. If the money was not deducted, simply try again after a few minutes.

Yes. Log in to your 777xs account, go to Account Settings and find the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes 72 hours to activate — this is an intentional safety feature.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your 777xs account. Deposits from third-party accounts (family members, friends, shared wallets) are not accepted and will be returned. This policy is in place to protect account holders from fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Withdrawals may be in a pending state while our payments team processes them, while KYC verification is being completed, or while an active bonus wagering requirement is still being met. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours with no update, please contact support@777xs.ws with your withdrawal reference number for a status update.

Yes. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal at 777xs. You will need to provide a copy of your CNIC and confirm your payment method. This is a one-time process — once your account is verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional document checks unless your circumstances change.

Withdrawals must go to an account registered in your own name.
